Design is how I think.
I'm Arunima - Product Designer, UX Researcher, Storyteller.
My path into design started by studying the human mind. With a background in psychology, I learned early on that the most interesting problems aren't technical ones. They're human ones. Why does this user flow feel exhausting? What are they actually trying to accomplish? What does cognitive friction feel like in an interface? Those are the questions I keep asking myself.
I work at the intersection of human behavior and systems thinking moving from deep research and structural mapping all the way to high-fidelity visual prototypes that hold up under real world scrutiny. Different domains, same discipline: understand the person first, then design the system.
Outside of design, you’ll usually find me playing the guitar. Music has taught me how to recognize patterns, appreciate immediate feedback loops, and understand how small, nuanced adjustments can completely change the feel of a composition. It trains me to listen closely and pay attention to what isn’t immediately obvious, which is a mindset I bring directly into how I design interfaces.
The details obsess me. The nuance keeps me curious. The human element is what keeps me coming back.

If that made sense, let’s connect!

In short, I’m someone who roots my design process in deep curiosity, turning messy data and user behaviors into clear, actionable insights.
I do that by asking the right questions, shaping visual stories that bring research to life, and designing highly usable systems tailored precisely to the people who need them most.
Glad we could cross paths!
I hope it left you with a bit of curiosity and inspiration.
